Characteristics : Kanaeng is a vegetable derived from cabbage.
It is the branch that grows out of the cabbage tree trunk after harvesting and cutting off the cabbage head, the short branch resembles a cabbage but is not wrapped into a ball.
It is dark green and thick, like Chinese kale.
Health Benefit : Kanaeng is high in Vitamin A, which is beneficial to the eyesight, used in treatment of different vision-related ailments such as blurry vision in low light settings.
