Appearance
Egg-shaped with pointy tip, the stem side of the fruit has lump that resembles a horn of a rhinoceros. The unripe has thick yellowish green skin with rough and thorny texture. When fully ripe, the skin and the inner flesh turns yellow and is very thorny with sweet and sour flavors, perfect for consuming unripe or used in salad.

Appearance

Kiew Savoey Mango

It has become very popular these days and is at its best quality when consumed unripe.

Appearance
The fruit is quite round and oval with slightly tilted tip. The stem side is big and thick and gradually tapered and flat towards the tip with green skin and outer convex edge. The size of this mango is about 5-7 centimeter wide and 10-15 centimeter long. The inner flesh is white with fine, crisp and thick texture and very little thorns. The peel is thick and tough with indistinct node all over the fruit.


Flavors
When ripe, the skin is grayish green or creamy green while the inner layer is milky white with nutty sweet flavor. When fully ripe, the skin and the inner layer turn yellow with delicate and firm texture.
